How You Can Help Make a Difference

VOLUNTEER
Our volunteers come in all sizes: children, teens, young professionals, retirees, and all ages in between.  They are the backbone to our foundation.  Donating time at an event, assisting with a project, or spending time with our brave warriors is a valuable way to contribute to our success.
TOY DRIVE
Toys and games are always needed and a welcome distraction for children facing long hospital stays, chemo and painful procedures.

Gifts can range from a deck of cards to a laptop computer to help older teens keep in touch with family and friends while sometimes isolated in their hospital rooms. All donations matter and have a meaningful impact in a child's life.
FOOD PANTRY
We have many families struggling financially having lost a job/income due to having to care for a sick child full time.

​Food hardship is a growing concern due to inflation.  Your donation is distributed to the local children's hospital for long treatment visits and inpatient stays.  You are making a difference in a family's life!
KEEP KIDS CONNECTED
​Connect kids with cancer with friends and family. When a child is diagnosed with cancer, it is important to keep the child connected to school and friends. 
Kids can feel disconnected and socially isolated as they go through treatment, but it doesn’t have to be this way.
We can provide a way to stay in touch with loved ones and support networks by virtually connecting these children with their friends, technology decreases the loneliness and anxiety they experience during this frightening time. 
We aim to bridge the social divide.
BIRTHDAY IN A BOX
​The Birthday-in-a-Box was created to lift the spirit and bring a smile to a child fighting cancer.

​They receive a birthday celebration complete with cake, frosting, candles, decorations, and a gift carefully packaged and mailed to the child’s home.  Each birthday box contains everything necessary for a great birthday celebration.

This program empowers and bonds families, helping them maintain this important tradition – so kids, regardless of their families’ financial status, can enjoy their special day.  The Birthday Box gives struggling families an opportunity to give a birthday party to their child that would not otherwise be possible.
HOST AN EVENT
Have your own fundraiser! It is an easy way to raise awareness and much needed funding for pediatric cancer. Make it a fun time for everyone. You can make a difference! All kinds of individuals, groups, and organizations have held their own fundraisers to support us... and you can too!
