After years of walking alongside families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, we have made the profound and bittersweet decision to close Sarah's Fight for Hope Foundation. Our programs formally closed on September 30, 2026.
To the Families We Served
It has been the greatest honor of our work to stand beside you. Your strength, resilience, and love for your children inspired everyone at this foundation every single day. We are forever grateful that you allowed us to be a small part of your journey — in the hardest of moments, you showed us what courage truly looks like.
Sarah's fight gave rise to this foundation, and the children and families we served kept her spirit alive in everything we did. That will never change.
